Siobhan Coleman is a movement and performance specialist dedicated to helping people restore mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild resilient, capable bodies through advanced stretch therapy and mobility coaching.
Known as “The Stretcher,” she has been serving clients in the Seattle area since 2009, blending clinical bodywork, mobility training, and performance based methods to create lasting change in how the body moves, stabilizes, and performs.
Her approach is grounded in both professional training and personal experience. Siobhan has lived through and overcome over a decade of chronic pain related to injury, hypermobility and joint instability. Through deep study of movement science, manual therapy, and strength-based rehabilitation, she successfully rebuilt her own body, developing a specialized understanding of instability, compensation patterns, and how to create true structural control rather than temporary relief. This lived experience now drives her approach with clients who struggle with similar challenges.
Her foundation began in athletics and evolved through more than two decades of study in yoga, Pilates, strength training, and manual therapy. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher at 19 and later earned certification as a Pilates Instructor through Pilates Seattle International, teaching for many years at the Washington Athletic Club.
In 2009, she advanced into specialized Fascia Stretch Therapy™ training in Scottsdale, Arizona with the Stretch To Win Institute under pioneers Ann and Chris Frederick. She completed all levels of training and earned the distinction of Certified Fascial Stretch Specialist at the medical level, one of the few practitioners in Washington with this credential.
To deepen her understanding of strength and structural balance, Siobhan completed an AAS degree in Personal Fitness Training, with an emphasis on functional movement and spinal mechanics.
She later became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012 and expanded her clinical toolkit to include myofascial decompression (cupping with movement), treatment manual therapy, and advanced fascial release techniques. These methods allow her to address chronic tightness, pain patterns, and mobility restrictions at their source rather than masking symptoms.
Siobhan further refined her stretch therapy system through advanced study with Aaron Mattes, creator of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), and later adding Thai Massage, from which she integrates principles as needed. She most recently became certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) to bridge passive therapy with active joint control, joint structural integrity, and long-term mobility management.
Today, her work lives at the intersection of restorative therapy, injury prevention and performance.
She helps clients move beyond temporary relief and into lasting change, building bodies that are not only pain free, but strong, resilient, and capable under real-life demands.
Outside the clinic, Siobhan continues to live through movement. She maintains her own mental and physical well-being through lifting heavy weights, mountain biking and cold plunging.
When she's not working with clients, Siobhan's most important role is Mom. AKA - professional chauffeur, personal chef, equipment manager, and sideline supporter for her two elementary aged children, who are currently attempting to participate in every sport known to humankind.
